(RE)Introducing Raw 30

RAW 30 is a wellness guide and personal challenge I designed to give my body and mind the reset they deserve.

To be honest, I can’t believe I was meant to launch this over a year ago. Sometimes, life takes you on detours, but I’m finding peace in the realization that detours are simply the scenic route back to where you were always meant to be.

I originally wanted to start RAW 30 for myself when I turned 30. At the time, I was in desperate need of a healthy reset. I thought that by creating a "movement," I’d finally be held accountable to stick with it.

But life taught me a lesson I finally had to accept: I cannot do something I am not fully aligned with, ready for, or committed to. So, while this is arriving a year later than planned, I am at peace. I’m launching this from a place of excitement and inspiration rather than force. I encourage you to do the same. Take inventory of your energy right now. Do you feel aligned with a reset, or would this feel like a punishment?


The Philosophy: Not a Challenge, a Guide


RAW 30 is not meant to be a punishment. It isn’t meant to be restrictive, exhausting, expensive, or unenjoyable.

When I look back at the phase of life I was in when this idea first sparked, I wasn’t in this mindset. I was desperate for change. That reflection is what eventually led me to create the RELEASE / ALIGN / GLOW framework.

I recognized that positive change requires a major cleansing first. I needed to RELEASE—and I’m still in that process (including my Poshmark closet!).


Entering the ALIGN Phase


I feel that RAW 30 fits perfectly with the phase I am heading toward: ALIGN. The "Align" phase is when you begin to fill the spaces you've cleared with what is truly calling to you. It isn't forced; it flows. Unlike 75 Hard (which I’ve never successfully finished), this doesn't require military-level discipline.

My goal is to guide you to listen to your body and mind. If adding one piece of raw fruit to your diet daily is where you need to start, that counts. The core mission is simply to help us eat more fruits and vegetables in their raw, most natural state.

The High-RAW Middle Ground

If you find yourself in the "High RAW" middle ground like I am, remember these three routines to keep your journey sustainable:


  • The Morning Mineral Prep: Start every morning with warm lemon water and a pinch of Celtic sea salt to prep your cells for deep hydration.

  • The Texture Rule: When eating mostly raw, play with texture. Use seeds, sprouts, and dehydrated nuts to add the "crunch" that makes a meal feel luxurious rather than just a salad.

  • The 80/20 Balance: Keep your plate 80% raw and vibrant. Use that remaining 20% for grounding proteins like marinated tofu, steamed lentils, or something starchy and comforting, like a warm sweet potato.
