The Morning Drink I’ve Been Making Lately for Hydration + Digestion
Lately I’ve been trying to hydrate more. I really notice a huge difference when I do, and I just know my body has been craving it.
Hydration + Digestion Ingredients
16–24 oz filtered water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
juice from 1/2 lemon
lemon slices
cucumber slices
optional pinch of mineral salt
I usually let it sit for like 10 minutes so the chia seeds soften before drinking.

Social Media is Killing Us (Quickly)
I thought having an endless data plan would be the cure to all of my problems, but oh was I wrong. For me, the issue became noticeable as this endless scrolling pattern got really embarrassingly worse. I had lost all sense of joy. My brain wiring was literally changing, very quickly, and negatively impacting my life.
