I honestly am embarrassed by how much money I’ve thrown away on skin care, hair care and all things beauty by buying without truly knowing what it’s use is, or how to properly use it.
Now I am extremely intentional with my beauty products and have become so knowledgeable about how and when & why I use them.
So this list is perfect for me, and obviously everyone has different skin care needs, but these are some of my beauty essentials!
These items made it to my essentials list because they make my skin and hair feel supported, healthy, luminous and low maintenance in the best way.
Youth To The People Superfood Cleanser
This is my definition of a dependable cleanser. It cleans thoroughly without leaving my skin feeling tight or reactive. I use it when my skin is calm and when it’s not. It performs the same either way. That consistency is everything, and it matters more than fragrance, foam, or trend.

Glow Recipe Cloudberry Bright Moisture Cream
I am selective with moisturizers. I want hydration without heaviness, glow without residue. This one delivers both. It gives my skin a rested look even when I am not particularly rested. It wears well on its own and disappears under makeup. I never think about it once it is on, which is exactly what I want.
amika Superfood Mask

This mask is my holy grail product. It feels lush in the shower, & the silky smooth lasts even when it dries after: softer, stronger hair that feels expensive. It’s the kind of deep conditioning that doesn’t just coat but enriches strands so they respond better over time. This product has given me the most noticeable results, and I will always stand by it.

K18 Leave In Molecular Repair Mask
This product changed how my hair behaves. I do not use it every wash, but when I do, my hair feels stronger and smoother in a way that is immediate and noticeable. It does not coat or weigh anything down. It simply restores. I
trust it enough to keep it in rotation long term.
This is the most passive part of my routine and one of the most effective. I use it a few times a week and let time do the work. Over time, my skin feels calmer and more even. There is no instant transformation, just steady improvement. That is the kind of progress I believe in.
