omg, did you hear that drama about…

No. And I don’t care.

Drama, gossip, constant updates on other people’s chaos — it’s toxic. It doesn’t add to my health, my energy, or my peace. So I let it pass. The more energy I put into myself, my work, my routines, the less tolerance I have for noise that does nothing but drag people backwards.

Drama feeds on attention. The more you follow it, the louder it gets.

A colorful plate, a morning walk, a quiet evening reset — those are the things that shift my energy in real ways.

When you’re focused on growth, your time feels expensive.

You start protecting it like it’s gold. That means no hours wasted replaying gossip, no energy poured into other people’s chaos. My energy is invested in food that fuels me, rituals that ground me, and habits that actually build momentum.

And honestly, if someone does have the time to chase every messy update, that’s a sign they’re overdue for a reset. They need to clear space, align their focus, and reconnect with the things that actually make life better. Because once you taste what it’s like to glow from within — to feel steady, nourished, and in motion — drama feels laughably small.

So no, I didn’t hear about it. I was busy leveling up.

Some people call it detachment. I call it freedom. I’m not out of touch — I’m choosing not to be poisoned by things that don’t belong in my life.
