Release

When you’re stuck in cycles of heavy, processed foods, your body feels it—sluggish mornings, uneven energy, dull skin. Releasing those choices isn’t about restriction, it’s about clearing space. Letting go of the foods that weigh you down makes room for simple, nourishing ones that actually support your body’s natural rhythm.

Align

Enter chia pudding: tiny seeds that expand into a creamy, nutrient-dense base. Chia seeds are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, plant protein, calcium, and magnesium. Together, they support digestion, balance blood sugar, calm inflammation, and keep your energy steady throughout the day. This is food that aligns with your body’s needs instead of working against them.

Glow

The glow comes from the inside out. Omega-3s keep your skin supple and radiant, antioxidants fight off oxidative stress, and fiber keeps your gut happy—a key player in clear skin and vibrant energy. When you build chia pudding into your diet, you’re not just making a snack—you’re feeding your cells what they need to repair, renew, and radiate.

Chia pudding is more than a trend. It’s a small, daily ritual that embodies what Release · Align · Glow is all about: letting go of what no longer serves, fueling with what deeply nourishes, and watching the glow naturally follow.

Recipe: Radiance Chia Pudding with Blueberries, Strawberries & Passionfruit

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or plant milk of choice)

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 passionfruit, scooped out

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Let sit 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until thick and pudding-like.

  3. Spoon into jars or bowls. Top with blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a generous spoonful of passionfruit.

  4. Enjoy as a breakfast, snack, or glow-boosting dessert.

Tip: prep in mason jars for an easy grab-and-go ritual that keeps your energy aligned all week.
